I am an accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, and I abide by their code of ethics.
On this website, on my blog and on social media I share psychotherapy information from a psychoeducational perspective. I also share my experiences and discuss things that have supported me personally. However, none of this information is intended to replace the individualised support you would get from direct contact with a trained professional.
I am unable to supply psychotherapeutic advice during Discovery Calls. The purpose of these calls is to ascertain whether we would be suited to working together beyond the call.
